Important postage information, please read before purchase

Updated - 15th Dec. Royal Mail are no longer guaranteeing pre Christmas delivery for mail going by 2nd class from our mail centre from today (15th). Manchester Mail Centre is now over capacity and running at least 10 days over delivery estimates. 1st Class is still expected to to arrive (not guaranteed) but this service will be cut off by the 17th so this option is recommended for the next 2 days. If you are buying for pre Christmas delivery then the only service still guaranteed to arrive is Special Delivery Next Day by 4pm. Both 1st class and Special Delivery postage options are available at checkout.

POSTAGE

All items dispatched same day if purchased and payment cleared before 12pm, except Weekends where the item will be posted on the Monday.

UK items are posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to go through the Royal Mail system, although most items will usually arrive in 1-3 working days.

International items are posted using Royal Mail International. Although most items arrive within 7-10 working days it can sometimes take 15-28 working days to work it's way through various international hubs and customs.

If you want your item next day (UK only) please choose Special Delivery at checkout.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All items are sent in sealed clear bags so you can see the item, if you are not happy for any reason you may return the item for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned with original un-opened packaging.

Any jewellery found to be faulty or damaged will be replaced free of charge or refunded only if that item is unavailable. Photographic evidence of the fault must be provided.


ROYAL MAIL NON DELIVERY / LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS

All items notified as not delivered will be claimed for through the Royal Mail claims process. Customer name, address, email, and details of the transaction will be passed on to Royal Mail as part of their claim process, this is for them to verify the claim is genuine and customer details will not be used by Royal Mail for marketing purposes.
