If you need a specific weight, you must contact us before submitting order. Our shipping department does not have to ability to read customer notes. Customer will be responsible for paying return and outgoing shipping on any exchanges, including weight related exchanges.

We are typically in the office M-F (9-5 CST) except on Holidays. We do try to respond to all messages within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays), but we rarely check messages on the weekends. Flat Rate shipping fees are not negotiable, as they include handling charges. We try to upload tracking information within 24-48 hours.  Customer is responsible for tracking packages and reporting any delivery issues to us.  Feedback extortion and/or improper use of Feedback policy will be reported to Ebay.
