Q: How we define an item? 

A:  An ITEM is simply the number of bids.

Q: What payment forms do you accept? 

A:  We accept PayPal and Credit Cards.

Q: How long until I get my order?

A:  We ship USPS first class or priority mail. Orders received before 3:00PM Pacific time are usually shipped the same day. Typically, orders are received in two (2) to four (4) business days.

Q: When I will get the answer to my e-mail?

A:  All your e-mails will be answered in the order they were received.
