Q. How long will it take for the parcel to reach me?

Please note that during busy periods these times may increase slightly. For UK customers if you require your parcel urgently we suggest using UK Next Day Delivery.

Yes. UK Next Day Delivery costs extra amount which will be paid by customer. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Please note that any UK Next Day Delivery orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Note: it can be delivered on request before 11am on Saturday and buyer will pay the extra charges

 

RETURNS

 Please Note: On the returned items the initial cost of postage & packaging will be paid by the customers.  The postage for this item in UK is £2.00 For further detailed costs please see the home page of our shop.

 If you wish to return an item to us please do so within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale. There must be a massage on an email requesting a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your email.

If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.

We do advise you to send your parcel back to us using a tracking service i.e. 1^st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel. Please always check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online track and trace service provided by the postal service, before you ring customer services as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us.

We do advise you to use a tracking service when you send returns back to us as we are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item back.

Exchange & Refund

We are happy to exchange the product for different sizes or colour within 14 days of the transaction date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. We are not able to exchange for a different product and you will be requested to return the item for a refund and place a fresh order instead. Also, a further postage cost will be applicable. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Please note once we have received the exchange it can take up to 2 days to process.
