Postage

If you buy more than one craft item from me, Please request a revised invoice before paying and I will see about reducing the final total. If a few items are purchased I will send these signed for.

I would like to be able to help and keep your total down so please request an invoice as once payment has been made it is hard for me to refund any money.

Payment

I accept Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders. I would prefer Paypal if possible.

Shipping

I send all items out on the same day upto 2.00pm. Most items are sent First Class,

there are a few that will go second Class.

All orders that come in after 2.00pm on that day will be sent out the following day.

Any orders after 2.00pm Friday and upto 8am Saturday will be sent out that day.

(Depending on how busy I am)

At busier times this may take a bit longer.

Please wait 10 days before contacting me as some items end up going to another address and may take a bit longer to get there.

Returns

Returns are accepted.

Once item (items) are returned refund will be paid straighyt away.

All returns are to be paid for by the customer.
