These Surplus windbreaker jackets are waterproof, lightweight, windproof and breathable and come with a military specification warm fleece lining. The jacket has a short front zip for heat regulation with three front pockets, a large chest pocket and hand pockets left and right side, all pockets have zip closure. The cuffs have velcro adjustment and the waist and hood of the jacket have drawstring and toggle size adjustment, with a side zipper for ease of movement. The high tech fleece lining is made from military grade Alpine Breathtex fleece.The Breathtex fabric is a three layer laminate which sandwiches a breathable waterproof layer between two layers of fleece to give an extremely warm, water and windproof fabric which is self wicking, evaporates moisture to the outside and helps moderate body temperature.

Size Guide Guidance: The sizes above marked armpit to armpit and total length are the actual measurements of the jacket measured directly from the garment, the recommended to fit sizes are those given by the manufacturer as a guidance to fit. For a good fit we recommend that you measure your chest measurement and compare to the table above or even better measure the sizes of an item of clothing similar to this that you already own that fits you well and compare to the actual sizes listed in our size guide, this method is best as the fit of a garment is personal, note also that there is no standard between manufacturers so a size M, L or XL etc. from manufacturer A is likely to be different from the same size from manufacturer B, also sizes can vary within the same brand. We do not recommend that you take sizes from a label as these can be different to the actual sizes if measured. The armpit to armpit measurement is measured with the garment laid flat and measured just below the seam where the arms meet the jacket body, this is then multiplied x 2 to give the actual circumference, the total length is from the shoulder to the bottom of the garment measured from the front.

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY (CUT OFF 1pm UK TIME):

Speed of delivery is dependent on when we receive your order and cleared payment. To achieve a next day delivery on this service we must receive your order and cleared payment before 1pm UK time. Please note that for orders made and paid for on a Friday before 1pm UK time on this service, delivery will be on the following Monday, not Saturday.

We dispatch international orders by Royal Mail Priority International Tracked And Signed. This is Royal Mail's fastest and most secure international delivery service. We hold stock of all goods listed and dispatch from our own warehouse. Your order will be delivered to the address held on your eBay account, unless you require delivery to a different address, in which case inform us by adding a 'note to seller' when completing checkout. Ebay will send an email when your order has been shipped.

MULTIPLE ITEM COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNT:
On some items we offer a multiple item combined postage discount, this means when you buy two or more of the same item we will give a discount on the postage for the 2nd and 3rd etc. item. If you are buying multiple items and there is a combined discounted rate simply select and order all the items you want to purchase, do not attempt to make payment until you have selected all the items you want, when you have selected all the items you require then go to make payment, eBay will automatically combine all the items and calculate and apply the applicable discount if your items qualify for discount. Please note our postage rates are very competitive, especially on international deliveries and it may not be possible to offer a discount. RETURNS POLICY: 14 Day No Quibble - No Hassles Returns And Exchanges:
We want our customers to be delighted with our goods and service, however we realise sometimes customers are just not 100% happy with their purchase. Wrong colour, wrong size, or simply don't like it. No worries. We will happily accept returns on any of our goods provided you return the item within 14 days of receipt, sorry returns will not be accepted after this time has elapsed.
All returned goods must be unused, unworn and undamaged in a new condition and in the original packaging with labels attached. We can either exchange for another size or colour, a different item completely or give you a refund.

To ensure a problem free return please follow the checklist below:
1) Please contact us by eBay's 'Messages' facility to make us aware that you wish to return an item and give us a brief reason for the return. 2) Package the goods and post via recorded signed for registered post to: Twisted Tactical, Easter Balbairdie House, Kilrie, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY2 5UX, UK. For UK customers we advise that you return the item by Royal Mail 'Recorded Signed For' registered post and ask for proof of posting, this will avoid problems if we do not receive the goods, the proof of posting will entitle you to free insurance with Royal Mail should the item get lost in the post. There is no need to send by 'Special Delivery', ask the post office counter staff for the cheapest 1st or 2nd class 'Recorded Signed For' service available.
International customers are advised to use a similar service which offers insurance against loss and provides proof of delivery.
3) ALWAYS include a note informing us what you require (Please do not write 'see email' as we get lots of emails every day and may have deleted any previously received emails. A brief note is all that is required stating that you require a refund or an exchange for a different item (include colour and size) and a copy of your invoice with the return. If you have lost the invoice we require your name and address and eBay name/ ID to help us locate your records.
4) If you are sending goods from outside of the European Union you will be required to attatch a customs document, this MUST be marked as a 'Return To Supplier' so that customs duties are not charged, please remember that you are returning an item to us your supplier and the value should be declared as 'NIL' as you are not selling the item to us, we are the original supplier, if for some reason you feel uneasy about this enter a nominal value, this must be under $15.00, alternatively simply mark the customs document as a 'Gift'. We will not pay customs charges on returned items if you fail to do this. If you are unsure how to fill in the customs declaration correctly ASK YOUR COURIER before sending the item and let them know and understand that it is a return to supplier.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY DELAY YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

We will not refund any expedited delivery charges such as 'Express Delivery'. For items delivered outside of mainland UK we will not refund our original outgoing postage costs, in some cases our outgoing postage costs are more than what we may have charged as in some cases we subsidise postage costs. In these cases we will refund what you paid, less our actual post & packaging costs.
Refunds are issued within 5 working days of goods being received.

EXCHANGES:
We are happy to exchange goods provided you return the item within 14 days of receipt, and the returned item is unused, unworn and undamaged in a new condition and in the original packaging with labels attached. Please check our eBay listings first to ensure we have the goods you require in stock and follow the guidelines above, all exchanges are subject to stock. For exchanges, state clearly the item you require, the size and the colour and the eBay item number.
