Information engraved can differ between tags
Please clearly indicate color choices, font selection and breakdown of wording via Ebay messaging as 25% of the time PayPal "notes to seller" messages are dropped by Ebay. If an Ebay message or direct email with all information is not received by 9 PM the business day after the order is made, the tags will be made with the default of black with white text, Arial font, and the Name/Address information from PayPal (no phone number or email engraved). Not getting engraving information has delayed shipment of tags many times and is not in line with my commitment to ship by the end of the next business day. If an email address or phone number is desired to be engraved, you will have to send it to my email address that is provided in the PayPal statement as Ebay messages will not be sent with that information.
Text will be center justified and first line Bolded (if font allows) unless other directions provided.
