We thoroughly test all our products with actual computer system before we ship to ensure that our customer does not receive D.O.A. product. If there is a problem of any kind with your item please email us immediately before leaving feedback to resolve the issue.

In the unlikely event that you've received defective product, please email us first.  We will provide information on how to obtain exchange of the same item.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges.  All return items must be in original condition including all accessories.  We track our shipped product against fraudulent returns.  No exchange will be issued if the returned item is different than original item shipped or the product has been tampered.

If a return is requested on a free S/H item and not due to our fault, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the price refunded.
