All items are shipped directly from our Warehouse in Melbourne. Pick up option is not available. Item will be packaged and sent within 48 hours after the payment has been cleared into our account. We are not dropshippers or onsellers, we ship right away, without delay, everyday. Relax and let us deliver your purchases straight to your door!
Australia Post will be used for all orders within Australia. For larger orders we may send through a designated courier available at the time. We can organise express, registered post or tracking for customers. However an extra cost will be incurred for these services. (Please contact us prior to order)

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If you have any problems or concerns with your item, PLEASE contact us first before posting any negative feedback or opening a “Not as described case”, and we’ll do the best to resolve any issues you may have. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns or demands by a customer.
Unhappy With Item?: Buyer must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. Item must be in unused condition with original packaging and all tags to qualify for return. BUYER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING COST. We will issue a return ID to mark on the returned package, please note that the tech operates from an alternate location and returned parcels without return ID marked on the package may not be accepted. Once the item has been received at our warehouse, our Tech will inspect the item and process a refund for the amount in full.
Faulty Item?: Buyer must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the item. We require photographic evidence or verbal description of fault via the ebay messaging system. Please notify us of your intent from the following options:
?    Replacement - We will send a working/tested replacement to replace the faulty item.
?    Exchange - We will send a working/tested replacement to replace the faulty item with an included satchel bag to return the original faulty item.
?    Refund - Please contact us to arrange a refund.
