Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days once we received your payment.
We are not responsible for any custom delay or tax.

International orders (shipped outside the United States) normally require 4-30 days for delivery. Customs policies vary wildly and unpredictably from country to country, and may create delivery delays beyond what we originally estimate. We are not responsible for Clearance and Custom Delay. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.
We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.
Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. The recipient must assume full responsibility for these fees. We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may be incurred on your international order shipment. If you decline to pay the taxes due upon delivery of your order, the package may be abandoned/destroyed. We regret that we cannot consider requests for refunds under these circumstances.
No orders can be labeled as “gifts” on their customs forms, as it is considered international mail fraud.

To expedite your order processing please include your eBay item number, sizes, colors and buyer ID in all forms of payment.

Return:
We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased or received the wrong item(s), you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the order.We will not accept any returns after 14 days elapse from the time of delivery.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

• You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) unless the return is a result of our mistake.
• Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
• Items must be in NEW, 100% resalable condition. Clothing items must have original tags still attached.
• Certain items, such as personalize printed items, or custom orders are non-returnable/refundable under any circumstances.
• If we do not have your requested exchange item in stock, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.
• We are not able to fulfill exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned. Because we do not store our customers' credit card information on file, we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price.
