~ GOAT MILK - Queen of Egypt, Cleopatra is a very famous beauty has one secret ingredient to keep skin smoothness, milk! They were camel milk of course but most milk works similar. Milk make the face look more radiant, remove stains on the face, reduce irritation and allergic skin reaction, helps heal wounds, shrink pores, nourishes and softens the skin. As with other milks, goat’s milk contains lactic acid, which is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). It assists to gently slough off dead skin cells and helps to hydrate and brighten the skin. No wonder Cleopatra loved milk! Formulated to be gentle & mild with a creamy lather.

~ BARLEY is a source of azelaic acid, used topically to treat both rosacea and acne (Practical Dermatology, March, 2013). Azelaic acid reduces skin inflammation and prevents the development of comedones (clogged pores). Perhaps that is why drinking barley water worked. {Some larger chunks granules were added for extra exfoliation for the heels.}

~ GRAPESEED OIL is an incredibly strong antioxidant, about 50 times stronger than antioxidants like, vitamin C and E. So, this compound can provide protection against cellular and tissue damage caused by free radicals. And it is mildly astringent in nature and helps to tighten and tone skin.
