We offer “ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS RECORDED” as a standard UK delivery option and “ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED-FOR” for international customers so you have the reassurance of being able to track your package. We may send you package by another courier depending on quantity of items purchased and the method of delivery selected.

All our products are packaged with care so they are safely delivered to your door step.

Please allow up to 1- 3 days for your item to be delivered for UK orders and overseas may take 7 – 10 days. (Please note these times are an estimate) 

All items are dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours of the receipt of payment.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office; where you will be expected to pick it up within a given time period. If the item has not been collected the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs.

We will only accept returns if unworn and still in original packaging. Please note that our garments contain special tags designed to prevent their use and that if these tags are removed the garment will be considered to be worn and returns will not be accepted

Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing (email or post) within 7 days from the date of delivery and return the item(s) to us before we can issue a refund or an exchange. However for the convenience of the customer we have a 14 day exchange policy on items that are unused and in new and saleable condition with all packaging and labels attached.

When returning parcels to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office and that you retain receipts and tracking numbers for your reference. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning. Please also note that we do not offer free postage on any items which are posted to you for the purposes of exchanging the item.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded.
