For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

Delivery Areas - We will only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. 
Please note that deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly may incur additional delivery charges.
If you wish to purchase from outside the UK, please contact us for delivery charges.

Delivery Times - We aim to dispatch most items within one working day.  If you require something urgently, let us know, and we will do our best to assist.
Please note that we do not process orders at Weekends, Bank Holidays or our Business Holiday Closures.
Delivery will be made using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier.
Special orders are usually processed and despatched within 5 working days following receipt of payment.  (subject to stock levels)
We will notify you of any anticipated delays as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Deliveries outside mainland UK may take slightly longer.

Should you feel that any aspect of our trading or our products does not meet with your expectations, before leaving negative feedback or opening a case through eBay, please contact us first and we will aim to rectify the situation without delay.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the unused items for a full refund of your purchase price subject to the item being returned in excellent unused condition.  (in all cases refunds are for the purchase of the goods only and do not include the cost of carriage to deliver or return the goods)

Unfortunately sometimes things do get damaged in transit.  Upon receipt of the goods it is important to check for damage.

Damaged goods or shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days of receipt. 

If an item is found to be damaged or incorrect we will either dispatch a replacement or refund the purchase price and delivery charges.  Please allow 14 days for refunds.
