Cookie Cutters are printed by a quality 3D printer at the time of order with PLA plastic. Color may vary.
This item is not dishwasher safe, hand wash only. Prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight should be avoided.

Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that any items that are Made to Order may take time to make before they are ready to ship. Adding extra services such as custom painting adds to the completion time.
Due to the build process of 3D printing being built layer by layer, it is normal for slight surface imperfections to occur. Our dedicated staff will hand smooth your item, minimizing these imperfections, prior to shipping to provide the highest detail possible.
Currently there are two types of material that we use for our 3D prints:
PLA plastic is biodegradable and good for the environment. It is not dishwasher safe, hand wash only. Prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight should be avoided. Prints are noted in each listing if they have been sprayed with a clear gloss for a shiny finish and to give a protective coating.
ABS plastic is very strong and durable. Able to withstand much higher temperatures than PLA, these items may be washed in Dishwashers if desired. ABS is also UV stable and should not deteriorate when exposed to direct sun light for long periods of time.

1. The shopping Cart feature (Add to Cart) is recommended before committing to buy.
2. To qualify for discounted shipping, items must be paid on a single invoice. All items are set up to automatically discount shipping. If you feel the total is incorrect, please request an invoice before paying.
3. Payment is due within seven (7) days of purchase.
4. Please check your invoice BEFORE PAYING. If there is a problem with the amount due please message me so I can correct the problem for you. Buyer assumes responsibility once payment has been made.
Replacements and Refunds:
Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
Damaged items:
If any items are delivered damaged please contact us with a short description of the damage and if a replacement or refund is preferred.
Lost items:
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers but can still lose their way. The postal service is not perfect and packages may sometimes take a wrong turn but will usually find their way to their destination.
In order to determine if your package is lost the following is required:
Confirmation that the shipping address is correct. Seller is NOT responsible for invalid shipping addresses.
A sufficient amount of time has passed from the date shipped to allow for any package that took the scenic route to get to their destination.
Expect 2 to 15 business days (up to 3 weeks) for U.S. Delivery from the time of shipment.
Return items: Refund will be given if item is returned within 14 days and as it was received.
Upon receiving your item(s) please inspect your purchase right away. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase:
Please notify us with a description of the problem.
You will be authorized to return the item as it was received.
Once item has been received by seller, a refund will be promptly given for the purchase price. This does not include shipping and handling unless prior approval has been given. We recommend returning the item with a tracking number to insure your refund can be processed smoothly.
