Stainless steel pipe is much more difficult to work with than standard Cupro Nickel, Copper or Mild Steel.

Flaring stainless steel brake pipes requires greater force and care to produce and get good results.

For this reason a special metal forming compound is included in the kit to allow the material to form correctly.
