The ENGINEER NP-05 are 'plastic nippers' (i.e. cutters specifically designed for the cutting of plastic ...however they can also cut copper wire)
These cutters (123mm in length) are ideal for removing sprue and cleanly cutting and trimming various plastic injection moulded pin point gates (they can cut plastic gates up to 3.0mm diameter). Their compact size (& tapered/slender head) makes them ideal for use in restricted spaces & cutting small parts in general - the cutters have very sharp & durable blades that can also be used to cut light gauge copper wire.
