Postage & Shipping

Orders will be shipped instantly and you will receive an automatic e-mail from eBay when we mark your order as "posted". Porto will be combined whenever possible, or if not possible, we will find the best option available. Combined costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For larger orders please contact us for a final discounted postage or wait for us to send your invoice via ebay. Larger items will be shipped via Parcelforce or others. Courier, tracking number will be displayed on order 

Most of our listing are with FREE GB postage option on one entry, this is estimated to cost the business postage about 4 working days, even if we are unable to guarantee the exact speed of a delivery service or that of your own country for foreign buyers , If you need your items even faster, then please choose a faster postage option at checkout. Where there is a postage charge on an entry, this is a "packing and shipping" fee and may in some cases include the actual postage and a small amount on the packaging costs.

We will ship to confirmed address on your Pay Pal business details. If you receive your item at another address, please inform us by e-mail message before buying.

Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the items. If you return items without us, we are not obliged to refund. The buyer must pay for the return shipping. We will refund return postage, if there is item is faulty  

LOST ITEMS OR DAMAGED IN THE POST

Do not panic, titles are very rarely lost or damaged, but as with everything, there are exceptions to the rule, and here's what you need to do.

When signing carriers manifest that qualify your signature and carefully closer to explain the problem :; "" DAMAGED "crushed" "WET" "OPEN" if applicable ..

Once you have signed in good condition [this will probably be printed / embedded on the manifest] there is NO possibility of getting the claims. In that case, you MUST mark: GOOD STATE ".

ITEMS NOT ARRIVED

First, if your individual did not come inquire with your local post office / request / collection office that your postman has not been trying to deliver while you're on the road, it could be for pickup or you can rearrange delivery for a day you are in. We often receive parcel shipping items such as questions about non-receipt so please checkout "not collected" a few weeks. If your postman tries to ship your item, it will be at a relevant collection point office for 18 days before being held back to us. If your local office is unable to track your package, contact us and we'll do the rest. A spare part will then be sent to you.

You can get details about local delivery or request office at the Royal Mail dedicated delivery office information line at 0845 6050767. This automated service will give you the address and opening hours of the nearest delivery office or investigation office.

Royal Mail believes an item is lost 15 days after the shipping date within the UK (25 days for overseas post), at which time a claim for loss is instituted with Royal Mail. Where an alternative arrangement has been agreed and a longer or slower delivery service has been used, then it will be necessary to wait for the maximum period for this service to be eligible.

We take missing items seriously and all instances of items that come to Royal Mail are reported not to help improve their service to customers and not identifying problem areas in the service / network and areas where possible theft / fraud is monitored. Royal Mail may also want to talk to you about the loss.

ARTICLE WAS DAMAGED DAMAGED

There is no need to return the damaged item. Please do not throw away the item or its packaging, contact us immediately with details and photos, and we will do the rest. If possible we will replace this or if that is not possible we will issue a refund. Please stick to the item along with the packaging for 28 days as Royal Mail may ask to see it.
