Repair Kit for Samsung LN40A530P1FXZA with multiple main boards. Confirm that the board looks the same as pictured. This model is usually misdiagnosed as having bad capacitors in the power supply. Be certain that your power supply does not have any domed capacitors on the power board. The symptoms requiring the use of this kit include Power cycling, lines on the screen similar to those pictured here and intermittent loud screeching audio from the speakers that can not be controlled. A unit that only power cycles may be due to the parts contained here or another defect on the main or power board.. In our experience we have never seen a unit which has all 3 symptoms be anything other than the two parts contained in this kit but we can not guarantee that it will repair your board or, though reasonably simple to install with a solder iron, that you possess the skill needed to install it.
