The PEAK 1962 Stand loupe is a very popular 15x magnifier with an achromatic, coated optical system consisting of three lenses. The magnification factor of 15x is distortion free and quite high for a small stand magnifier, which combined with a 15 mm field of view makes it an ideal aid for precise inspection. For example, a magnification factor of 10x is not sufficient to checking printed dots. The Peak 1962 Lupe is made in Japan.
