Audiosilente parts are produced using CNC lathes designed for medical and dental applications

No one offers tighter tolerance parts than Audiosilente

Audiosilente, based in Rome, Italy, utilizes CNC Dental Lathes to produce a line of tight tolerance, precision-machined replacement parts for a variety of audiophile turntables from Thorens, Garrard, Rega, Lenco, Technics and others.  We strive to produce parts that are true to the original design, that meet or exceed OEM specifications, but most of all, that will improve the performance, the sound of your prized turntable.

YOUR LENCO MOTOR TURNTABLE

( 2 PCS )

Audiosilente is proud to announce we are now producing true,

sintered (heated and pressed from metallic powder)

bronze bushings, using the same process LENCO used in the 1970’s!

While our original bushings, bored using a CNC dental lathe were very good,

no process creates a better performing, more uniform part.

Using heat and pressure to fuse metallic powder into a precision

part is not the cheapest way, but it is the best way.

LENCO made true sintered bushings, so

why do other companies only offer bored bushings?

Because they are cheaper to make!

Remember, “sintered” means heat pressed from powder.

Don’t be fooled!

AudioSilente has spared no expense

to bring you the finest bushings on the market today.

We have worked with metallurgists to reproduce

the original bronze alloy mix and with other

LENCO restoration experts to confirm the original

 LENCO parts measurements.

We have secured the services of one of the finest companies,

experts in creating true sintered bronze parts,

to make our molds and the parts you see here.

Our process produces a part with

 BETTER

tolerance than the LENCO original.

Custom produced in Germany, our bushings are checked every

100 units to confirm tolerance within 0.003 millimeters!

No other process produces a part with the same porosity,

the ability to hold as much oil as the LENCO original (20%).

Porosity is only part of what assures proper lubrication.

The capillary system of the bushing

must be perfect through-and-through to assure maximum rotation

The full running surface of the rotor MUST have an uninterrupted oil film.

This is key to achieving optimal performance,

low friction and lower operating temperature.

There is ZERO chance of a production drill smearing

the inside of our bushings and closing the oil pores because

NO DRILLS are used in creating AudioSilente bushings!

There is ZERO chance of drill bit marks marring the running

surface of the bushing either - again - NO DRILLS!

The proof is in the results! Our very first motor rebuilt using these bushings

comes to speed quickly and maintains speed-

Your Lenco turntable  is a precision instrument,

prized for its ability to reproduce the smallest nuances.

It is no wonder properly restored LENCOs command such high prices.
