- How to cook

1. Boil the Noodles
Place the noodles in 550 ml (18.5 fl oz) of boiling water, and boil for 4-5 minutes.

2. Strain the Noodles
Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water until the noodles are cold and strain well.

3. Mix the Soup
Pour the Soup Base and Vegetable Mix into a small bowl and mix with 80 mL (2.5 oz) of water.
Optional: Add ice.

4. Enjoy!
Dip the noodles into the dipping sauce and enjoy!

Tip 1. Before making the noodles crush some ice cubes into some water, and briefly place in the freezer to make it colder.
Tip 2. Add vinegar while boiling to give the noodles more bounce. Garnish the soup with seaweed and wasabi to make a more flavorful mixture.
