Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown within the auction listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes upon delivery.

Collection - We DO NOT have the means of any collection facilities currently, so under no circumstances will collection be permitted with any of the items.

Dispatch Times & Delivery Dates - The delivery dates shown by ebay are ONLY ESTIMATED delivery dates and are not 100% accurate nor are they dates we guarantee your item will arrive. Delivery dates will vary depending on what services you have chosen but on rare occasions please allow up to 5-12 workings days for delivery to arrive in case of postal delays which are out of our control. Payment

Payment - All payments must be received within 24 hours of auction ending or straight after for Buy it Now items. The Item(s) will ONLY be shipped to the buyers Verified PayPal address, if the Paypal address is not verified then the item(s) will not be sent out until a verified address is provided.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges - Items may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, re-sellable condition with all tags, original packaging intact, subject to the discretion of Top Deals Online upon inspection. The buyer is responsible for the return of the goods and track them using a reputable carrier, the cost of returning will not be refunded. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and in their original packaging.

All exchanges will incur a return shipping fee payable buy the buyer.

Returns items MUST be with original tags and packaging and in unused condition. Postage cost of sending the item will not be refunded or the cost of sending back only.
