We are a family owned and operated business. We are an authorized Lionel sales and service.  We sell at our store, train shows, our website and on ebay. We try to keep everything updated on ebay but sometimes we may sell something off ebay and may not be able to update right away. So a item maybe not available or we may have less in stock than listed on ebay. If this does happen we will contact you asap and let you know. Thanks in advance for understanding.

Payment:

Payment is expected within 5 days of winning or buying items by Pay Pal only. We have it set up with ebay to send a non payment notice afterchrome plated  5 days automatically.

Shipping:

Shipping will usually be done through Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Sometimes it would be a cheaper alternative to ship First Class Mail or UPS. We will contact you if these options can be used to save money. We try to ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. Combined shipping is allowed on items won or bought on the same day. Please let us know if you may buy other items.

Returns:

Please email us with the reason you want to return the item. Returns must be made within 30 Days and 20% restocking fee. All items MUST be retuned in the same condition as SENT. ALL EBAY FEES AND SHIPPING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and it is the buyer's responsibilty to pay return shipping.
