* How to use
1. When enjoying Hot Massage
1) When using a microwave oven, Warm it 3~4minutes.
2) When using hot water, Warm it  10 minutes by wrapping with a towel.
If it is in contact with metals such as pot, there is a risk it may be damaged.

2. When enjoying Cold Massage
Please put 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, or 30 minutes in the freezer and use it.
If you put it in the freezer for more than 30 minutes, it can be damaged because the contents was frozen.

* Note: To avoid burn or frostbite, you must use it after wrapping with a towel!!!
