Returns/Refunds:

We are willing to accept items for refunds if, in the unlikely event, you consider that they do not conform to the listings description. Please contact us before returning any item to us. We will accept items for refund if you change your mind, or if they are not as you expected. However, there will be a small handling charge of 15% to cover relisting fess etc. deducted from the refund. We are happy to exchange items for the same item in a different size if available. All postage costs are payable to the customer. The customer is responsible for all postage costs. Postage is not refundable unless there has been a error on our part. Items returned that were supplied with free postage will have the actual cost of postage & packing materials deducted from the refund. Tights, stockings, lingerie or other items of an intimate nature are final sales and cannot be exchanged once the seals have been broken. Items not returned in the condition that we sent them will not be accepted for refund & will be returned to the customer. Any items being returned should be returned to:

Availability:

All listed items are available from stock, We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hours of confirmed payment where possible, Monday to Friday excluding bank & national holidays. Please allow a little extra time at busy periods.

Weekend orders will be dispatched on the next available working day. See our returns policy above for conditions. Payments: PayPal & Credit/Debit cards is our only accepted method of payment.

Delivery & Collection:

We ship only to the registered PayPal address of the buyer as detailed by PayPal in their payment advice to us. Please ensure your PayPal details are up to date. Pre-arranged collection is possible.

Free Postage:

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail standard 2nd Class delivery. 1st Class recorded delivery is available as an option for a small additional fee. Our contract with Royal Mail gives us proof of postage, this is proof of postage only, Overseas items are sent using Royal Mail standard air mail or Airsure service. This is NOT an insured service & no tracking is available. Once posted, we will not accept any responsibility for non-delivery or damage whilst in transit. However we are prepared to undertake any claim for loss on behalf of the customer, should it be necessary, and will refund if and when we receive credit from Royal Mail.
