A change of heart or having buyers remorse: If you change your mind on an item, we may take it back determined on a case by case basis, but shipping both ways will be paid by you and the eBay fees will be deducted from your return.

We will ship items under $2500 direct to foreign buyers in countries not restricted by U.S. government regulations, we will ship items under $1000 to Mexico and under $1600 to Canada as required under NAFTA using UPS, USPS or FEDEX according to buyer's needs. All items over amounts stated above will be shipped to buyer's U.S. export agent. Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and costs associated with export/import of their purchase.
We will not make false statements on any paperwork. It will be valued at exactly the price you paid. YOU must be aware that customs duties (Import Taxes) could be due when the shipment enters your country. YOU are responsible for those duties/taxes; please know your country's rates/policies before you buy.
Due to the various levels of service and care provided by the different postal and carrier services around the world, we cannot guarantee delivery outside the United States. Insurance is required for all items.
International shipping charges will be calculated after sale according to location of buyer or agent.
If the item is returned/rejected from your country for any reason, we are happy to refund the cost of the item only, less any eBay fees and shipping costs. If you still want the item, we are willing to try and re-ship; this will require you to pay the applicable shipping costs again. Buying the item confirms that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by our terms for a foreign sale, and that these requirements are incorporated into the eBay sales terms.
