• We only accept PayPal as a form of payment.
•  We DO NOT accept cash, cheque, money order, or BACs transfer.

Shipping

      ·       We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days after cleared payment.

     ·   We can deliver throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Any inquiries from buyers outside the UK may contact us for shipping prices before hand.

     ·    Delivery is normally 2-5 WORKING days after dispatch. Please allow up to 7-10 Working days if you have not received your order within the UK.

      ·       Days for INTERNATIONAL orders please allow 14 – 21 days.

     ·     Orders will be dispatched to PayPal Registered Addresses only. For alternative addresses please add a note with the Paypal payment or contact us via Ebay secure messaging alternatively.

     ·       We take care in packaging and making sure all products are as described before dispatch.

     ·       Once you have received your order and happy with it, please leave us feedback and we will do the same.

Returns

        ·       Buyer will be responsible for the return cost of any unwanted items, therefore a refund will be made for the cost of the product           only.

·       We will do our best to replace all damaged, faulty or incorrectly dispatched items to you within 7 days and refund all unwanted within 2 - 5 days upon return.

·       Customer is to ensure any returns be sent via tracked delivery to ensure safe return, hassle free and a piece of mind for both parties.
