Here at ifsogo we recognise that not everyone has the time to trawl the high street for their travel accessories. We should know; we've been there too! That's why we came up with a super duper idea to make life easier when it comes to your hols.

What was this gobsmackingly wonderful idea we came up with? Well, you've found it, it's called IF SO GO.

To go into a bit more detail, aside from planning which far-flung destination to add to our 'must see' list (which we only do outside working hours, we promise!), we do our best to source and supply everything you need in the way of TRAVEL ACCESSORIES for your holiday, city break or business trip.

You can purchase a whole host of fun, clever and unusual travel accessories from us.

We offer products such as the essentials like luggage, sun protection and insect repellent, to the "so what, it's my holiday and I'll buy it if I want to" items like a spanky new pair of sunglasses or a stunning Moontide bikini.

It doesn't end with our fab range of products. Our aim is to offer you the kind of service that knocks you for six!

We don't want you to be just happy with your shopping experience; we want you to be over the moon, whether it's by offering free surprise gifts, loyalty discounts or bending over backwards to get your order despatched if you've left it that little bit late (even if it does mean sending our Managing Director off to the Post Office at 4.30pm!)

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a no quibble returns policy and have designed this policy to give you complete peace of mind. However there are certain terms that you should be aware of before sending goods back to us

• All goods that are returned must be in their original state, un-opened and un-used, (unless you are returning them due to damage or defect).
• You are responsible for all shipping and transportation charges relating to the return of non-faulty goods to us.
• All goods returned to us should be adequately protected, preferably repackaged in the same packaging used for the original delivery, clearly labelled to our returns department.
• Any returns lost in transit will not be covered without proof of posting .
• All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Refunds for damaged and defective goods returned to us will be made via cheque or onto your credit/debit card, including any postal charges you have incurred to return the item back to us

We unfortunately cannot accept returns made after 30 days. Unless you have previously agreed a returns extension (such as if you are away for an extended period). Note: Orders returned after 30 days may be returned to you at cost.
