Fits Toyota 2H, 12H, etc., 30mm Sandwich adaptor. Quality item - machined from a billet of T2011 alloy with a steel centre stem and 30mm half nut.

We can also supply an oil cooler version of this sandwich. Look in our Ebay store for the oil cooler version. Our new modification uses the full length centre stem (shown in the gallery) in place of the original centre nut. The centre stem replaces the original Toyota spigot which is easy to remove using a ring spanner.

This unit can be fitted with our remote filter adaptor if you want to shift your full flow filter to a remote site, run an oil cooler, or convert to the filter of your choice. We can offer many options.

Allows installation of pressure guage, bypass filter, temperature sender and other extras. Specials are available at extra cost to convert engines to Z9 filter. We can supply a sandwich to fit the 24mm Toyota engine spigot and adapt to the filter of your choice. There is no need to use Toyota dual flow filters if you are running a Bypass Filter. 

Adaptors are available to mount remote filters on Toyota engines with 30mm engine spigot. This also allows the use of an oil cooler in the circuit. You can use the remote with AN fittings or we can supply it with 1/2" barb fittings. When using the Z9 transition the standard 30mm to 3/4"centre nut is used. When using the Toyota 30mm filter the centre spindle from the 2H oil cooler sandwich is used. This spindle is shown in three of the gallery photos. When using this centre spindle it is a very simple procedure to change to the oil cooler sandwich at a later date. You simple replace the outer sandwich body. This can be supplied as an extra with this sandwich for extra cost.

Our Sandwich adaptors take standard "O" ring replacements so there will be no problem getting replacement seals wherever you may be.

The Sandwich Adaptor installs underneath the full flow filter on the engine to provide extra ports. These adaptors come with 2 ports but more are available. All ports come with shut-off plugs fitted. The standard port size is 1/8"NPT, but 1/8"BSP or other threads, or a mix of threads is available, talk to us about your requirements.  We have a good variety of nipples, fittings and adaptors that can be attached to this sandwich plate.
