 100% brand new helium quality balloon.  

Has a full body picture of Captain America Boy with legs.  Same picture on both sides of the balloon.  

It has a self sealing inflation tab on the foot of the balloon.  The balloon will be sent deflated and will require air or helium to inflate.

Please note that colours in the photos may vary slightly to the product.  This is due to lighting when taking photos and also due to the light/contrast settings of your computer monitor.
