Rare Vintage Authentic Cartier 18K Gold Cigarette Butane Lighter in excellent vintage condition. The case crafted in solid 18K Gold and features Basket Weave design. The lighter measures 70 mm X 26 X 13.5 mm (2-3/4" X 1" X 1/2"). Hallmarked on the bottom "Cartier Paris Swiss Made 750" and serial number.
