IF YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM(S) AFTER 16:00 (4 PM) MONDAY TO FRIDAY THEN YOUR ITEM(S) WILL NOT BE POSTED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY OR IF YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM(S) AFTER 11:00 (11 AM) ON A SATURDAY OR ANY TIME ON A SUNDAY THEN YOUR ITEM(S) WILL NOT BE POSTED TILL THE MONDAY AFTER THE WEEKEND. IF THE MONDAY OR TUESDAY ARE A BANK HOLIDAY THEN YOUR ITEM(S) WOULD NOT BE POSTED UNTIL THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
SHIPPING
All items are sent out using Royal Mails 1st Class service, using appropriate packaging materials.
Postage and packaging costs are made up of the postage cost, packaging material costs and time to package the item.
If you buy more than one item from us then please wait for a combined invoice before paying for your items or request a combined invoice after buying all the items that you require.
All prices quoted are for the UK mainland only.
International buyers please contact us for P&P costs (please note international posting is more expensive than UK costs).
We aim to please all our customers by ensuring that all items purchased from us arrives with you in the condition that we sold it. We can not be held responsible for any damage caused by the Royal Mail whilst in transit to you, however we can provide proof of postage for your item(s) up on request. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) then please contact us first before leaving feedback so that we can help to resolve the issue.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you have pressed the “Buy It Now” button or have had the winning bid on an Auction, you have entered into a contract with D&S Brass and are obliged to pay for the item(s) in full. By paying quickly for your purchase(s), then the sooner we can post the item(s) out to you. If however you fail to pay for your item(s), then you will be reported to EBAY as a non-payer and proceedings will be started with EBAY to recover all our fees/costs
