WARRANTY:

On this product we provide 2 year warranty or up to 25,000KM whichever occurs first. The warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any associated costs in regards to labor or any other expenses incurred or associated with the purchase of the part. We will issue a replacement part at no cost to the purchaser. If a replacement part is not available, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued. Our liability at any and all times and under all circumstances will never exceed the original purchase cost of the item. The parts that we supply are intended for installation by qualified installers. Warranty will be void due to improper installation or item is used on racing of off-road, or item is used in different manner.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY:

Incorrect Item Received: If you have not received the item that you ordered, please notify us by sending a eBay message. If we have sent the incorrect item in error, we will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If the item received is due to incorrect selection and the correct item is required, we will accept the item as a return at 100 percent of purchase value providing the item and packaging are in excellent condition. However, the purchaser will be required to pay the postage to return the original item and resend the replacement. Items must be returned before replacements will be sent.

Refunds: Refunds without exchange can be issued if you are not happy with your purchase, however a 10 percent restocking fee and postage charges occurred on the original transaction will be charged to assist with covering costs associated with the transaction. The buyer will be responsible for postage involved with transaction. Items must be returned before any refunds been processed.

All claims for warranty must be made within the relevant warranty period, buyer must return the product to Superstar Group for analysing and as such, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of sending the warranty claim back to Superstar Group. Superstar Group accounts for the shipping costs of the new item if the item is analysed and found to be defective via a manufacturing fault.

The buyer is obliged to return the product to Superstar Online for review within the relevant warranty period. The buyer is liable for all costs, including shipping costs, of sending back warranty claims and, if the item is proven to be defective through a non-manufacturing defect, the buyer is liable to pay the return shipping costs of the rejected unit back to Superstar Online. However, if the item is proven to be defective through a manufacturing defect, Superstar Online will pay the cost of shipping the new item.

Products that are returned for a refund must be supported by a justification for return, contact details, eBay username & a copy of receipt as proof of purchase.
