Hot Tub DIY will only accept payments via eBay unless previously arranged, it is possible to pay for an item at the time of collection, but in most circumstances we would still prefer this to be previously paid through eBay.
We do not accept bank transfer, cheques or cash. All payments must be cleared before we release any orders.
We can ship to any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Depending on the shipping you choose, shipping times cannot be 100% guaranteed due to unforeseeable possibilities, and it is important to pre plan around busy periods such as Christmas and new year where courier companies have to deal with higher quantities of deliveries.

Returns process
Please contact us initially and then go through the eBay returns process.
