Dark chocolate - 39% cocoa and cocoa butter content
Milk chocolate - 26% cocoa and cocoa butter content
White chocolate - 20% cocoa butter content
100% cocoa butter & natural vanilla
No artifical flavour and colour.
Shelf life to 18 months, 3-4 weeks in liquid form (45- 60˚C)
This product is above the requirements set out by the new European Directive 2003/89 EC regarding ingredients present in foodstuffs.
This product was subjected to a risk assesment analysis in terms of occurence and level on the presence of penut allergies.
It's a high quality, delicious and cheap chocolate that I'm sure won't disappoint you!
We offer real chocolate, perfect for fondue and fountains, however I always add a few drops of oil while melting the chocolate in a fountain, making it easier to control it's consistency for your liking and making it more shiny. Also it's very easy to color white chocolate to match color scheme of your occasion. Simply, slowly add drops of any oil-based food coloring till you reach desired color!
