  • "Signature Required" shipping with an additional $8 fee on all orders to Apartments, Units, Suites, etc..invoiced through Paypal, when order is processed. We are not responsible for "stolen" shipments. We will gladly ship to Walgreens or Fedex store for no additional fee, should you wish.

If you've ordered the Wrong Display:

  • You can return the Display Case to us within 30 days. We must receive the Display Case in NEW, unused, resalable condition, you will want to insure it.  Once we receive and inspect, we will process the refund, minus original shipping, or apply it towards the purchase of the correct Display.  We can NOT issue a refund for a Display that does not come back to us in NEW Resalable Condition. Please Don't hesitate to ask us questions BEFORE you order. We are Always Happy to Help you choose the Perfect Display Case!  Ask questions in eBay messaging or at number listed on sales order.

 

Displays Damaged in Shipping:

  • Packaging - We use Double Walled 200# Crush test Card board boxes with Full Over Lapped Flaps. (Basically a cardboard Crate!) Plus we have our own Protective Foam Pads made specifically for each size & scale of Display Case we Make. Yes this is Very Costly to Us, but it's the only way we can feel confident that you will receive your Display Case in Perfect Condition
  • It is extremely rare for damage to occur - But it can happen...
  • If you receive a damaged display - Please send pictures of the damaged case, as well as the packaging, to us @ the email listed on your "Thank you".  No later than 7 days after receipt [There is only a 7 day window to issue a damage claim with FedEx and U.S. Postal] We will assess the damage and decide if the case needs picked up. We will give you detailed instructions if having case picked up.  We will issue a RMA #, and contact FedEx and arrange to have the damaged display picked up, and we'll send a replacement Display to you, as soon as we can.
