SHIPPING
  1. Free postage for Australia Registered Post, Express post will charge $4 extra within Australia(no matter how many quantity). Orders processed within 1-24 hours of payment verification. Daily cut off is 3pm Melbourne time.
  2. Please make sure your PayPal and eBay address is correct before purchasing. Or message us if you wish to send item to other address, we will change it on the system before parcel has been dispatched.
  3. If you have not received your shipment on time, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
  4. We expect international normal post delays up to 4-6 weeks due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. Some country(Eg: Canada) can only deliver via Sea mail.
RETURNS
  1. If you are not satisfied your item, please contact us within 30 days for replacement or refund. Please contact us before you return it.
  2. Defective items Must Be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original condition). Please tell us what the defect is and provide your eBay ID.
  3. Postage cost is non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of $10 will be deducted from refunds if free shipping was offered for the order. Return postage is paid by Buyer.
