Each letter is fully coated on the back with iron on adhesive, ready to place on your fabric project and iron on for a permanent fixing.

Iron On Fabric Letters Instructions
Place material, adhesive side down, on top of project. Press & hold iron for 8 seconds on each section until entire piece is bonded. Times listed above are for cotton. Iron light fabrics for only 6 seconds. Iron thick fabrics for an additional 2 seconds from the back of the project. (Tip: DO NOT SEW! Apply pressure after heat.Please wash at 30 degrees or a cold wash , low heat to dry

We receive proof of posting on ALL items that we send and would be happy to email you a copy of the proof of posting in order to help you with your claim to Royal Mail if needed.

**The buyer is responsible for claiming to Royal Mail if sent without Recorded or Signed For, otherwise we will handle the claim when sent Recorded or Signed For.

On jewellery Items we also offer a Special Delivery Next Working Day (Not Including Saturday).

Returns Policy

Please note that if you wish to return any item, it needs to be UNOPENED and UNUSED, in all the ORIGINAL packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it.

If you have used or opened your item so as it can't be re-sold, then it can not be returned or refunded.

We will be happy to refund your purchase.

All we ask is that you return your purchase together with your order summary within 14 days of sale, after first emailing your wish to return the item to us.

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of sale.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, Paypal.

Depending on how fast your postman is, it can take up to 10 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 14 days, of satisfactory receipt of your returned items . (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control).
For items purchased in multi buy offers such as 3 for 2, buy one get one 50% off, etc, you must return all items purchased under the offer for a full refund as we will not refund on part purchase.
