Cultivation of plants

The cultivation of young plants is a delicate matter. As a grower or breeder you know better than anyone the interplay of factors necessary to achieving good results. Coincidence has no place here. That is why Cultilène offers you certainty with a wide range of cultivation products aimed at optimal plant development and efficient processing (for the cultivation of both ornamental plants and vegetables).

Homogeneity and firmness 

Naturally, the homogeneity of Cultilène’s cultivation products meets the highest standards. Our cultivation products excel in robustness. Robustness is of great importance, in particular for handling and retaining product characteristics throughout the entire cultivation process. 

Excellent initial saturation 

The rate at which the substrate can absorb water is another distinguishing quality of Cultilène’s stone wool products. The rapid saturation or re-saturation capacity of the stone wool blocks paves the way for quick processing while ensuring that all blocks are maximally saturated with water. This initial saturation is critical to the homogeneity in other stages of the cultivation process.

Packaging:

All of our items are sent using either black wrap or plain cardboard.

Returns:

We are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of an item, provided the item is UNOPENED, UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Postage costs for returning the item however will not be refunded.  Our refund terms are set by eBay as follows:

Consumers have 14 calendar days from the day after the item is received to let sellers know they’d like to return the item for a refund. Consumers then have an additional 14 calendar days from when they let sellers know they want to return the item, to actually return it, or provide proof of the return. Legally, sellers will have to refund the original delivery charges as well, to the value of the cheapest postage option. 

Shortages and Wrong Items:

Any shortages or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No reports of shortages or wrong items claims after this time frame will be accepted.

Electrical Items:

Please Note: all electrical items will be supplied with a 3 pin UK plug running at 230v/50hz where applicable.

Collections:

Please note that items bought on our eBay store are not available for collection in our physical store. Prices on eBay differ to our in-store prices; please contact us if you would like any more information regarding this.
