Delivery Process:

This item ships via common carrier (Such as Estes Freight, R & L Carriers, Roadway etc). The freight company will call to set up a delivery appointment window with you. When they arrive, the driver will only bring the package to the edge of the truck. It is YOUR responsibility to off load the product from the truck so we recommend have a few people there to help. Inspect the package BEFORE signing the Bill of Lading. If there is any damage to the packaging, OPEN the box to check contents. IF there is damage to the actual product, NOTE it on the Bill of Lading then sign as damaged and contact us so we can get new parts right out to you. DO NOT SIGN WITH OUT INSPECTING FIRST. If you do, this limits the claims and any damage will become the responsibility of the buyer to file and collect. Any parts needed in this case would need to be purchased.
