Even the newest (2010 or newer) military trailers manufactured with "LED lighting", still use Incandescent bulbs in the tail lights. Only the front and side Marker lights are LED on newer trailers. This kit replaces the 2x Incandescent bulbs in each tail light with new Multi LED Bulbs which feature a total of 72x Super Bright LEDs Per Tail Light! Factory Bulbs are white, which are dim, and look yellow when illuminated through the factory lenses. These Super Bright Red LEDs output only Red light, making for extremely Bright, solid Red tail lights!
Also, the factory incandescent tail light bulbs are 24v, which are extremely dim when attached to a 12v Tow Vehicle. These LED replacement Kits are 12v, and designed for 12v civilian Tow Vehicles.
