Our Silver Heart necklace pendant is made from 316 polished stainless steel, is approx. 2.3cm x 2.0cm, and is handcrafted and finished. The pendant will hold a very tiny amount of the ashes of your loved one underneath the threaded screw, ensuring you keep them close to you at all times.

Included with every necklace pendant is a 20" chain (approx. 50cm), along with an Eternity Collection™ jewellery box and an accessory pack which includes: small funnel, quill, polishing cloth and some thread glue. Full instructions complete your Eternity Collection™ memorial jewellery piece.

Delivery

This item is brand new and will be well packed by us prior to dispatch. This item can only be delivered within the United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada and Australia. Estimated delivery times are shown above before ordering, but please note that on occasion some items may take longer to arrive due to factors beyond our control.

Returns

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your item, it may be returned to us for a refund. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in, including any packaging and accessories. You will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us, but your original basic P&P cost will be refunded (optional delivery upgrades are non-refundable on any unwanted items).

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will either collect the item from you, or issue a pre-paid returns label. We will either replace the item, or issue you with a full refund, whichever is your preference.

To return any item, please start a return through eBay or contact us through eBay messages as our returns address will be different from that shown below. We do try to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.
