• Order before 3:00pm will be dispatch by same day with "Royal mail 2nd Class". Normally it will delivered with in 3-5 working days, but in case any delay we request you to wait for atleast 9 working days to consider it as lost in transit.

• For items which are faulty or wrong item received, please notify us within 14 days by e-mail through Ebay only. We will sent you pre-paid return envelop so you can retur it back to us. Upon receiving we will either re-send you your purchase item or give you a full refund.
