Deliveries / Shipping

Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment.  Depending on size, weight of item, your location or your choice or delivery - item will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier i.e. UK Mail or DPD who are usually a next day service.  If you miss the delivery they will leave a card for you with a number to call to arrange redelivery.  If the item is returned to us due to your  failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we hold the right to charge you another delivery fee and possibly an additional £10-15 inc VAT (to cover the return fee that we are charged by most courier companies).  Where personal collections are available there is a £3 handling charge per item.
