Shipping Policy

We ship Monday – Friday after the item is paid for.  We package all of our items so as to be delivered without damage. All items are insured. As we are a business and ship items almost daily we always do our best to insure that items shipped get to their destination in the same condition that they leave here. We can do special packaging if requested but there will be additional charges that need to be agreed on before bidding or purchasing an item. All items can also be picked up with no shipping charges at our location M-F from 7am to 3:30 pm CST after paid for and arrangements are made.

WE CAN SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ON MOST OF OUR ITEMS. We use eBay international shipping for all of our international shipments. You should be able to determine your shipping costs in the shipping details section.

We are ORC Industries (a 501c3 parent company) a U.S. company. 
Our mission: "To advance the independence, productivity and self-sufficiency of people with disabilities through employment opportunities." We have recently started a second hand thrift store called Second Chance Resale to help provide work and training opportunities for these individuals. Any profits from our efforts are divided between ORC and New Horizons Women’s shelter in La Crosse Wisconsin. We realized that some of these items would do better selling on eBay than in our retail outlet. In order to help more people we have recently started to sell these items on eBay as well as Old New stock from Redfeather Snowshoes and Bell Canoe Works. We thank you for your support.
