Diode DL171-320-12 avalanche, low-frequency, silicon, diffusion, pin design, straight polarity.
Designed for use in electrical and electronic devices of general purpose in circuits of static electrical energy converters.
The DL171-320-12 diode is used in DC and AC circuits with a frequency of up to 500 Hz and a current of up to 320 A in avalanche breakdown mode.
It is produced in a sealed metal-ceramic case with an upper power output in the form of a metal (copper) braided harness (flexible output).
They are marked with a digital-alphabetic code, the polarity of the pins is indicated on the body.
Housing type: SD7.
Air cooling, natural or forced.
Type of cooler used: O181-110, O281, OM105.
The diode allows operation at ambient temperatures from -60 to +50 °C.

Allows exposure to vibration loads in the frequency range 1-100 Hz with an acceleration of 49 m/s2, multiple impacts lasting 2-15 ms with an acceleration of 147 m/s2 and single impacts lasting 50 ms with an acceleration of 39.2 m/s2.
