Alu Seal Thermo Plastic Sealant for Aluminium Components

Instructions:
Lightly sandblast or wire brush damaged area.
Gently heat repair area with gas torch , frequently touching ALU SEAL on the surface of repair - BUT NOT IN THE FLAME!
When the heat of the aluminium melts the ALU SEAL , flow ALU SEAL over the damaged area.
Leave the job to cool for 2 minutes and test under 15 - 20 psi aie pressure.

CAUTION:
DIRECT FLAME ON ALU SEAL WILL SCORCH THE REPAIR AND WILL IMPAIR EFFECTIVENESS.
DO NOT SUBJECT REPAIR TO OPERATIONAL PRESSURE OVER 60 psi
