This wall-mounted electric fan heater for bathrooms has a specially-designed air outlet for downward flowing heat and features removable towel warmer rails. It is ideal for use in bathrooms or shower rooms (subject to Section 701 of the 17th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations), utility areas and laundry rooms. This 2 kW Down-Flow Bathroom Heater from Premiair features a ceramic PTC element, which is an extremely efficient heating method; it is self-regulating and varies its power to maintain a preset temperature. This means that it only draws the required current to maintain the temperature. Rach - I have a small bathroom and this is perfect,the towel rails stick out a bit but it's an added bonus.It heats the bathroom in no time at all and I would guess this would heat a larger bathroom too.You can also adjust the direction of the heat as well.I am very impressed and I would recommend highly

Comes with 1m lead and plug fitted.
The towel bar can be attached if you choose to do so, it is not permanently fixed to the main unit.
The vent is also adjustable so you can direct the airflow.
the external thermostat controls are a bonus most other bathroom wall heaters do not have.
