When & how will I get my item?

Your "Buy It Now" items will be shipped within 24 hours via the shipping method chosen.  Orders placed before 12:00pm will be shipped in same day.

A tracking number will be provided for you to track the progress of your shipment. Shipping time varies depending on buyer location, weekends, and certain holidays.

"Get it in time" 1-day domestic service via USPS Express Mail are also available now.  For some location, Express mail might take 2 business days.  Signature are also required for 1-day service.

All international expedited shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class, Express or Priority Mail International service method chosen.  USPS Express Mail International guarantee 3~7 business days for the delivery.  Priority Mail  takes 7~10 business days.  First Class takes 10~20 business days.  Express Mail offer $100.00 insurance coverage and also requires signature.

NOTE: USPS First Class International mail does not provide a tracking number.

How do I pay for my item?

You can pay directly and quickest with your Paypal account. Signing up is easy at Paypal.com. You can also pay with your major credit card through Paypal's secure website. "Buy It Now" customers require immediate payment. Payments for winning bids need to be received within 48hrs of close of bid.

What if something is wrong with my item? Can I return it?

Your item is guaranteed a return in the form of an EXCHANGE within 30 days of the time you receive the item. Please refer to the "Shipping & Payments" tab for the detailed return policy.
