Polycarbonate replacement front panel face for a Heathkit SB-300 Ham Radio receiver.
My vendor accidently made these for the SB-300 instead of the SB-301. Because there are so few
SB-300 models I am closing these out well below my cost.
Adheres directly to your current dirty, chipped, flaking or worn aluminum panel.
Die cut heavy 10 mil Polycarbonate material which fits perfectly over your old panel.
Panel has a slight texture and very sharp printing which can be hard to discern
from the picture. Will cover extra holes, hacks etc. When you install one and get
the knobs, meters etc. installed you will be hard pressed to tell that it is not an original panel.
No cutting, hole making etc. Put it on and you are done. 10 mil thick textured
flexible ploycarbonate plastic so there is no smoothing out bubbles like a thin overlay.
Special adhesive that allows you to re-position the face during installation so you
can correct any placement errors.
Silk-screened with a sophisticated industrial process. These are nothing
like the overlays that are printed by silkscreeners who do T-shirts, ink jet printers etc.
The printing and color actually fuse with the material and will not rub off or smear
regardless of what you do.
Heathkit used many different shades of Green so I picked one that is a good fit with
one of their original colors.
Don't be fooled by the reasonable price. I have these made in large quantities
with state of the art processes and can sell a high quality item at a good price.
The cost of the custom dies alone are very high but this is a long term business
and believe that I will recoup my investment over several years .

This business was born from the frustration of hitting a dead end
when restoring some of my Heathkit radios, It is one thing to need
a resistor, set of feet, capacitors, paint, tubes etc. but quite another when you
need a panel or some other parts that may be only available used at a Hamfest
or eBay. There are other hobbyists who provide a good service to us Heathkit
fans with their items and I try not to sell the same types of items. It is a small
market and we are lucky that there are several people who offer items.
I felt that I could manufacture some of these things at a reasonable price
if I was willing to make the investment and look to the long term.
It has taken me a long time to prefect my processes and much trial and error
but I am now satisfied with my products. I have many other items in my eBay store
